Dyfenco Green Applied Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1979 specializing in research, development, manufacture and marketing a full range of Lead-Free and Tin-Lead solder products. These products are widely applied in the electronic, computer, PCB and Semi-conductor industries.

In 2002, Dyfenco signed a worldwide license agreement for AIM’s patented lead-free alloy, trade-named CASTIN.  This agreement enables Dyfenco to product and to sell CASTIN alloy throughout the world with the legal protection of US patent 5405577 and JP patent no. 2752258. Dyfenco became the first local solder maker who formally introduced the green electronic materials - Sn/Ag/Cu (Pb free, Halide free) solder materials into the Taiwan electronics industry.   Dyfenco is more able to control and manage the hazardous ingredients such as Pb、Cd、Cr6+、Hg、Halide、PBB、PBDE  through our comprehensive testing equipments. We also provid e technical supports and green solutions for the lead-free processing requirements.
